The Hearing Solution Group is the biggest hearing health care provider in SEA with more than 50 centres in 5 countries. Headquartered in Singapore, its presence extends also to South Korea, Malaysia, Indonesia and Brunei.

The Hearing Solution Group operates one-stop centers for complete hearing health care, providing the whole spectrum of hearing healthcare needs from counseling, comprehensive audio logical assessments, a full range of hearing devices, habilitation and rehabilitation to after sales services.

We are expanding our local operations aggressively and are looking for a suitable candidate to fill the vacancy below:

IT Technical Support (code: IT Support)
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:
1. To provide for both hardware & software issues and miscellaneous computer services for all users in our office & branches
2. To resolve user issues promptly and effectively, liaising closely with management as required
3. To provide installation, patching, maintenance, upgrade and service reparation for computer equipment
4. PC Installations and troubleshooting is required.

Requirements:
1. Male
2. Min. D3/S1 Technique Computer or IT
3. Experience in PC hardware and software troubleshooting
4. Minimum 1 year experience in Technical Support
5. Good attitude and polite.
6. Self-motivated, highly-organized and good team player.
