PAYROLL SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities
  • Compute wages and deductions, and enter data into payroll system.
  • Review time sheets, salary and benefit computation, and other information to detect and reconcile payroll discrepancies.
  • Issue and record adjustments to pay related to previous errors or retroactive increases.
  • Create all reports related to payroll activities.
Requirements
  • Min Bachelor Degree, preferable from Finance & Accounting background.
  • Min. 2 years as Senior Staff or 1 year in Supervisory Level.
  • Having good skill in Payroll/compensation & Benefit.
  • Expert in Ms. Excel is a must (e.g. VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, PIVOT Table)
  • Willing to work in West Jakarta (Kebon Jeruk area).
